Quinceañera Court

The court of honor is chosen by the birthday girl consisting of friends, cousins or sisters. While there is no set number in the court, it typically consists of 14 or 7 damas and 15 or 8 chambelanes. In addition to wearing color coordinating ensembles that are pre selected, they also perform a well rehearsed waltz or dance that is choregraphed. Girls should be thoughtful in who they choose for their court opting for those that are drama free and will be supportive for the birthday girl (Fortnight, 2021).
